4. Precautions When Installing the Bearing Lock Nut
Lightly tighten the bearing lock nut. As a guideline, apply approximately 1/3 of the recommended tightening torque (refer to the table).
Support the screw shaft using a V-block, and align a dial gauge fixed in place with a jig at point A or B.

5. Installation and Accuracy Check of the Support Side Bearing
If the dial gauge needle shows runout, gently tap the bearing lock nut with a hammer to reduce the needle fluctuation.(During this process,
Rolled Ball Screws Align the table with the support-side bearing to ensure proper centering. Move the table back and forth to adjust for smooth overall motion. Screws Rolled Ball
ensure the screw shaft is held in place without contacting the support unit to avoid transmitting impact.)
While checking the accuracy of each component, fully tighten the mounting bolts. If the adjustment is unstable, repeat the previous steps.

If there is an interference fit between the shaft and the inner ring, use a suitable spacer and press or jack the bearing in slowly and evenly.
Lead Screws If galling occurs, do not force the insertion. Immediately remove the unit, correct any swelling on the shaft, and reassemble. Lead Screws
Take care to minimize shock to the bearing as much as possible. Also, be cautious of any bending of the screw shaft.
